Download the Civil Conflict CeaseFire dataset

To assist researchers the CF Data can be downloaded in a variety of different formats. All of the additional data are created from the full ceasefire dataset.

1. The full ceasefire dataset

Description: This is the full ceasefire data that includes all ceasefires and the full complement of additional variables.

Unit of Analysis: a directed ceasefire declaration, i.e. each actor declaring a ceasefire towards one addressee constitutes one observation; accordingly, a unilateral ceasefire has as many lines as addressees, a bilateral ceasefire has two lines, and a multilateral ceasefire between the government and n NSAs has 2*n lines. For more detail see the data paper here.
